Only available in MS2/Extra 2.x codes.
Spark output comes on D14, D15, D16 and JS11 (COP) see HERE for options on driving the coils. 4cyl could use a distributor or wasted spark if desired.

The circuit below will need to be made for a V2.2 board

Enable the right Daihatsu mode. D14 as the spark output and choose single coil, wasted spark or COP.
You likely want to set you cranking advance to (say) 5deg.
