I had the same problem and found that the coil polarity had to be flipped in the tune during testing as compared to the normal operation.

I can't believe no one noticed my mistake in the picture above. The coils and injectors are wired wrong.

Yes, I did. The only thing that I can think of is the cam and crank polarity. Rising vs falling. Does it look correct on the composite tooth logger picture ? I'm having trouble getting a GM LS2 running. It turns over as if it is too high in time. I have attached the MSQ, a composite tooth log, and a Data log file. If I go into closed-loop idle settings the close button on the bottom right doesn't work, it only makes the text disappear in the box at the bottom. I have to click the x at the top right to get out.

No VR conditioner circuit on the V2.2 PCB. I used what I had available at the time. I will revise it in the future.

Here you go. The lower end of the timing table is set to -10 degrees due to me using a GM HEI module as a VR conditioner. It to looses sync during cranking and the -10 setting keeps it from kicking back so hard. I have the correct hardware and will change it sometime. The engine is a 1998 Chevy Mali...

Thanks for the reply. If I make selections in the drop down menu everything works. However, when I exit TS and reopen it my selections are gone.

Am I alone in this problem ? Anyone Else ?

Log file is now uploaded.

When I load a data log file I can't see the graph and the tabs on the left are blank. However, if I hit the button to view in Megalog viewer it works fine. This is a data log file that was made on Tunerstudio 2 running MS2. Did the file format change for Tunerstudio 3 ?

I uninstalled tunerstudio from my pc and downloaded the complete install package and it worked.
