Point taken. The last log I posted (in my latest ASE thread) had good sync (I think) but a new problem.
It doesn't help that I'm away from the car and have a poor memory (age). ATM it stops as soon as ASE finishes...and I am lost at this point...

Possibly, but the rpm signal via the high speed logger looks fine, no dropped syncs. See also my later thread where we now have IAC working but the engine stops dead as soon as ASE finished?
