Wow. after 2 days of really straining the brain, I got it to start with fuel only. It turns out that the stock ECU won't fire the spark unless it 'sees' injectors, so I wired a 1/2 Watt, 470 Ohm resistor to placate each stock input, and then realized that the stock ECU does the same thing the MS doe...

I tested the signal, did some more reading on the forums, then just hooked it up and it works great. on other progress I am synced with the crankshaft, next is the camshaft - it is a 4-1 toothed wheel, each tooth is pretty big, I hope it is big enough to work.
