87 Daytona Shelby 2.4 turbo. Std bore 8.8-1 pistons 33 psi boost. 904 trans 4.56 Chrysler 8.75" diff. Holset Hx40 turbo, home made header, 96 lb injectors running ms3x crank sensor only. best et so far 9.86 best 60 ft 1.28 best mph 135.15 dyno'd at 386 hp at the rear wheels

Has anyone else had this problem? Have you looked at my log from 1.3.0 firmware yet? It was doing the same thing then

It looked the same but I locked it at 10 degrees to read it easier. I wasn't sure what you were after

I'm using crank sensor only could it need to see cam signal too?

I loaded 1.3.1 firmware in tonight same thing would not rev over 3200 strobed the plug wires and they are firing 180 deg apartjsmcortina wrote:We need to know what is behaving differently for you.

No I didn't reload it in a third time .Just switched it back to my former firmware and it was fine. should I try 1.3.1 now?

Thanks James I read them over didn't seem like any changes could of been doing this.
I reloaded the 1.3.0 firmware ran the same as above, then reloaded the 1.2.3 firmware and it runs good again....but now no staging bump.

I'll try loading old firmware back in tonight and see if it makes a diff. What's new with version 1.3.1

Driveability after new firmware installed
Has anyone else had running problems after changing the firmware to 1.3.0 Last time I ran the car was on the dyno in dec. I thought it was just the old race gas but with new fuel still the same. The only thing I changed was the firmware, an enable the trans brake bump feature. Ive uploaded a datalog...

I'd like to use pte4 input for bump switch. It say can be used for input or output. Do I need to use a jumper to make this an input ?

Thanks that's what I'm asking how do I get the mega squirt to control a grounded to control relay see the brake is on ground then unground for the bump.

I only have a one wire Trans brake. Right now I have the power button triggering a standard rely to ground launch in wire
