I am using MAF for fuel load but using map/speed density for the time being for spark advance and the AFR target table. Is there any way to have VE1 pulled up in the tuning console and the spark or afr table up also and have the top table y axis as load and the bottom table y axis as map? Im thinking not but thought Id ask . It sure would make viewing the log versus the tuning tables easier to interpret.

Yes, if you right click on the Y Axis you can set a Y Axis over-ride for any specific table from the over all Y Axis set in the main menu.
