Hi
How do i alter the fuel map to save the cells to 1 or 2 decimal places instead of the 10 or so it is saving the altered fields to now. This is causing an issue when I am trying to write the msq file to the ECM

Re: Fuel table format to 1 decimal place
The number of digits displayed is generally managed by the tuning software / ini file.
However, MLV should only be displaying the digits of importance.
Loading your msq, it is showing no decimal places.
Do you have another purpose you are trying to achieve?

Re: Fuel table format to 1 decimal place
Okay now I'm confused, if I open the msq file in notepad. The meglog viewer, ve analysed altered fuel map shows the cells having 14 places after the decimal point. These cells I am sure were changed by the software. Am I missing something here or can you tell me why this may be happening.
Is the ini file a megalog file or the data logging software file
Thanks

Backing up a bit, why are you concerned with the number of decimal places in the msq file?
The Tuning Software, generally TunerStudio handles that when loading it.
Are you having a problem loading the file?
BTW, we should take this to email, this forum is for MegaSquirt users only and this appears to be an issue with Buell/EcmSpy
