iv just installed mlv & ts on a win7 32 bit laptop, now if i double click on a log file i see the mlv splash screen for abour 2-3 seconds then nothing, both programs work if i open the program but not if i click on msq or log files.

Yes it seems if you open by double clicking they do not find the bundled JRE. You don't notice so much if you have a JRE installed, but on a new computer where there is no JRE... It ain't gonna work

There is already a MegaLogViewer update to fix this, do a check for updates to get 4.0.07.
A TunerStudio patch release will follow shortly.
