Support TunerStudio projects

Hi,

I would like to be able to open TunerStudio projects, inside MegaLogViewer.

This means that I go to File -> Open Project, select a project from the TunerStudioProjects folder, open the project, automatically load the currentTune.msq for editing of the VE/ignition tables on the right.

Also, whenever I'm in "Project Mode", when I want to open a datalog, automatically preselect the "Datalogs" folder of the current project, instead of the folder of the previously loaded log.

Finally, optionally save the current workspace in the current project, so whenever I load that particular project in MLV, I get the previously saved workspace.

There is an embedded MLV in TS 3.0 that is tied to the open project.

Obviously, just like how you can open an .msq in TS without creating a new project.
