Turn off Tool Tips ?

Is there a way to turn off tool tips?

When I'm playing back a log file the pause and play button are hard to activate. It's consistent and it's annoying I'm looking at it more closely and it seems to be that there's a tool tip that pops up when my mouse is on those buttons. Is that what's making it difficult to hit those buttons and can it be turned off?

Currently no, but easy enough to add a way to turn them off.

Even just removing the one at the pause/play button would alleviate the issue completely. I haven't seen the other tooltips (or had reason to notice them) so I'm guessing the problem really is just with the one over the Pause/Play button. It's really hard to avoid it when using the Play/Pause buttons.
