Engine Bits

Post by MikeDTuned »

i am running Ms1 v2.2 with the o29y4 firmware, and i am having an issue finding a good list on what all the "Engine bits" mean. anybody have a list they can post up

I am researching this due to a sputter at idle, it when running well, megalog viewer read "137" under engine bits, however when it sputters it reads "9" for 1/10th of a second. upon doing this is also pulls 5 degrees of timing,

What i dont understand is that this entire time, the TPS has not moved, and the MAP is only fluctuating 1-2 kpa.

The Engine bits are displayed on the right side just above the lower readouts.

The green and red indicators that say Crank:, ASE: Warm: Run:, etc.

Those are bits 0 through 7 of the Engine field
