I'm trying to download the MS viewer on my HP mini 110-1100 laptop...upon clicking the desktop icon, it redirects me to the Efi analytics website and doesn't open the program. Uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted pc...same result.
I'm running the registered version on my full size laptop with no issue.
Any ideas?

Now that you mention it...the clock on the laptop is wrong. Not sure why it isn't auto updating. It's a windows 7 32-bit system.LT401Vette wrote:Any idea what version it is installed?

Clock set, program works fine! Thanks for the help, I would have never guessed the clock causing that!!
