Hi there, I am trying to load a large file into megalogviewer and I get "Using all of allocated memory, unable to load the remainder of the file"
I have 16 gigs of ram and its only showing megalogviewer using only 13% of all ram, theres no selection under options to change it to more ram as ive seen in a few forums. Any way to get past this?
Out of allocated memory??

Re: Out of allocated memory??
Are you using the 64 version?
Is it MegaLogViewer HD?
How big a log are you loading?
With the 64 bit version more memory could be allocated starting the file from the command line, or I can send you a new exe to drop in the install folder that would allocate more.

64 bit version, Not HD, 175 MB
Not sure on how to run it from the "command line".

Re: Out of allocated memory??
I have a batch file here:
http://www.efianalytics.com/MegaLogView ... gFiles.zip
If you download that, unzip it and place it in the MegaLogViewer install folder, then run it by double clicking that.
That will allow it to use 2 GB of RAM, if you need more, edit the file, change the 2048 to something bigger until it blows up

Re: Out of allocated memory??
One this with that batch file though, it won't use the bundled JRE, so you will need to have a JRE installed.
