Bought the combo deal a few days ago and got the codes. Registered Tunerstudio fine but I'm having no joy with Megalog viewer, just comes up with the page to pay again. Any help appreciated.

Check to make sure you have the same edition of MegaLogViewer as you have a registration for.
The Possibilities are MegaLogViewer MS and MegaLogViewer HD.
