MLV Variable selection presets

Post by mrx79 »

Hi,

maybe it's a dump question, but is it possible with MLV to save the currently selected variables in the graphs to a file and reload it later?
For example save ourself a lambda related and maybe a knock or ignition or CL idle related set of variables which can be loaded easily to switch "views".

Maybe also with changed variable min/max limits would be perfect. For example in normal log analysis rpm should be from 0-redline.
For a CL Idle optimized view only 0-1500rpm is a more suitable range.

If all these settings can be saved and loaded easily to a file with a few clicks would be a good feature.

Maybe something like this already exists, in this case i've overlooked it. Then please just give me a hint where to find it ;-)

Best regards

In the normal trace viewer, there are quick views that allow you to save the currently selected fields.
In the Histogram / Table generator, there is a "Saved Histogram Views" button that allows you to save a Histogram setup.

In scatter plots there is no way save a view. That is getting added shortly.
