2009 BMW G450X

I have just finished the dyno session on a conversion to Microsquirt from the original Keihin injection. This project held some interesting changes, for one there is no ignition switch on this bike. It has a start and a stop button. So when you press the start it sends power to the start relay as well as the ECU, the ECU in turn closes a relay to turn on the bikes power and holds the power for 25 sec after the engine stops. The stop button will cut power to the coil, injector and fuel pump. The system works slick.
The throttle body had two plates, the throttle and a computer controlled choke plate. Boy does removing that choke plate bring the engine to life. The original bike would not lift the front wheel under acceleration, now the bike carries the front end up through four gears. And yes there is a 12% power gain with the ECU swap too.
Now it is time to get some cams ground :D

And a special thanks to James,Jean and all for helping get some bugs out.

My Opel (Vaxhall) Omega 2.0 have been running on MS2extra V2.1.0 the last 3 months with no problems.
I had to upgrade from ms2 v2.89 since i changed my motorhead, and on the new head had no distrubitor(head from a newer engine).
I run 60-2 wheel , wastespark, Fan out, and soon closed loop idle.
With this setup i could remove the old flapstyle MAF-sensor, now the car responds much moore quickly.
Up here in the north of cold Norway we had a couldperiod of -16C, the car started and run like new everyday.

The megasquirt its an emazing unit, great work megasquirt team, :-)

Well after about a year or so chasing an ignition misfire (would not drop input RPM, but would drop ignition pulses) on the old B&G code I thought what the hell, i'll try the MS2/Extra code. Sure enough with minimal fuss I got the car to run :yeah!: - Spent a couple hours on the weekend playing around with the tune and messing with different things and could not get 1 misfire out of it at all! Will need to play with the CL idle as it has an auto trans with a relatively large cam so idle out of gear is around 1300rpm and idle in gear is about 1000, thus when you put it into gear it leaps.

Code - 2.1.0d

MSII Extra w/ 2.1.0d
V3.0 Board
Tuner Studio Full.
C3I hardware Mods from MS1

While pulling my 3800 Series II Super Charged Motor out of my Cavalier Z24 for repair and putting another in for testing. I hooked up the MS II to a 91 Park Ave with a 3800 N/A motor. I had to change the injector setting but left everything else the same as my S/C motor. The car started and idled perfect. It rev'd good and looked spot on. I think I have the Buick C3I figured out 8) .

I converted my carb'ed 1979 Corvette (350) to MS & TPI about 4 years ago so I thought I would finally post it up.

I started with B&G but later switched to Extra code.

It started the first time I turned the key and never gave me any real problems in 5-10K miles. Along with 26 mpg!

I am now working on installing a new 383 SBC with MS2 v3 running 2.1.0d code. (info in my signature)

I have some pics of the original TPI setup on my site at: http://kandlservices.com/tpi/

Just my little success story. :)
