94' Saturn Coupe, t3/t4, stock motor, 720ccs, Running 2.1.0p, had it running pretty good for about 2 months and made 202whp on only 7psi. Upgraded firmware and now I'm trying to get it running again since it doesn't want to start.

Just made the jump from MS1 to MSII.

Rewired the whole engine bay and power distribution. 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse, 2.4 swap, Garrett GT3076R, Crower Stg 3 Cams, RC 750s.

MSII v3.0, sequential injection, 4 bar w/baro, p&h board, full standalone on 3.0.3y.

Hi,

this one has a 12-1 Hall-Trigger and a MS-controlled spark now:
Image
It is based on a Simson/Awo 425S and modified for classic races:
- around 100kg when ready for takeoff
- 247cm³, bore/stroke 68/68, hemispheric combustion chamber, compression ratio ~10,5
- very lightweight ohv valvetrain with aluminium push rods and hair-pin springs
- around ~22-24hp@~8500rpms
- at the moment one 30mm carb

If i find a solution for enough electrical power (the space where the alternator was sitting was cut away to save some weight) the next step will be to remove the carb and fit a 35mm throttle-body and an injector. :)

Best Regards, Mario

Recently joined the ranks of Extra code, on 3.1
My project is listed over on the success stories, but it changed physically so drastically this winter, that by rights it is like a different machine, and project really.

Details:

-1983 BMW R100RT MotorBike (988cc air cooled, opposed cylinder boxer engine, Nakasil liners, dual plug heads, etc.)
-Delphi injectors, sensors, MS ecu's, LCI wide band, etc. & much advice from helpful guys @ DIYA
-Some donor parts from Honda CTX650 "turbo" donor bikes (exhaust "Y" collector castings, and dual throat throttle plate plenum chamber assembly)
-Mitsubishi #TD025M-08T-3.3 Turbo, with aftercooler fabrication from 1/2 core from Sabb 900
-Exhaust manifold pipes and outlets from 321 SS mandrel bends (to avoid the ever hazardous "intergranular corrosion" that results from high turbo manifold temperatures)
-Water injection with miniature Peerless 12vdc diaphram pump that develops 80psi @ 120ml/min through ultra fine SS fogging nozzles from MacMaster Carr stock. 4L reservoir is hidden within rear upright seat.
-Tested to 23psi boost levels which correlate to uppermost rpm zone of turbo map, but presently tuned to 7psi.
-Stock bikes with Bing Carbs require highest octane gas to avoid "pinking", however I'm able to now use lowest octane without issue (and at substantial savings)

Other photos or details available
Almost forgot, underachieving stock Bosch crankshaft mounted alternator (280W on a windy day) upgraded prior to MS project, with a 900W compact Mitsubishi Alternator (by upgraded I refer to serious fabrication and machine work to shift to a frontal belt drive system - however was ideal lead in to a project that tends to request more electrical power every time you add something.

currently running on another MS user's 2.8 map
starting refining tonight, car runs close to stock already very pleased.

I run a MS2. It took some time but I built everything. Help is very hard to find when it comes to programming. Take a look at the finished product. I have a 15" flat screen to display everything. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRm88aeayAA

Triumph 2.5 PI previously clockwork then MS II B&G 2.89. Runs ok though the firmware change has deranged the fuel map somehow - need to map it again.....

My car is a 1960 Lotus Seven home-built replica (not a kit) running a ’91 Mazda RX-7 normally aspirated rotary engine. The engine is rebuilt as stock with a custom intake manifold and headers. Crank angle sensor has been modified with 2 missing teeth. Oil injector pump has been eliminated. I am running premix. I recently added Bluetooth communications for 14 bucks. I’ve been on the road since March and have had over 2,000 miles logged. I’m still doing some fine tuning when I get the chance.

My setup is MS2 on a V3.0 PWB running 3.1.0 firmware. The MS2 is controlling fuel and ignition, dual speed fuel pump, Aux ports, and cooling fan. MS is wired directly to the highly modified RX-7 wiring harness with no expansion board, just the main MS2 controller.

I have an R100RT I would like to EFI and would like to get in touch with you about some questions I have about your bike. Is there a PM function here?

1972 Volvo 142e, B20. It was formerly injected via Bosch D-Jet.
B20 is a 2 liter pushrod 4 cylinder. predecessor to the B21/B23/B230 OHC motors.

Currently running MSII, extra 3.1.1.
1000cc Delphi injectors with resistors, GM 2 post coils in wasted spark driven by BIP373 coil drivers.

engine is 8.7:1, Holset HE251cw turbo, few other things going on.

cold start is perfect, still working on warm up drivability but it's not horrible.
once it's at operating temperature, drivability is better than it was at it's best with D-Jet.
cruise is good, WOT is an absolute blast. boost comes on like a freight train.
