75mm IIRC with no bypass hole on the butterfly. I'd have to look it up

1998 Ford Escort ZX2

2003 Ford Focus Engine, Stock 5 speed transaxle. MS2 on a v3 board with a Madhu Fuel Pump Controller, allowing me to run returnless fuel. Fuel pressure is a stable 43PSI (corrected to manifold pressure). Tuning for fuel efficiency. Currently getting 39/47 MPG with it, working on breaking 50 MPG.

Daily driver, home at 8500 MSL, work at 10300 MSL, but must decend to 7900 MSL to get out of town. Gotta love the Rockies.

Mercedes 190E 3.0-24v turbo. Running MS2 on v2.2 board (MS2-Extra 3.1.1), t3/t4 turbo, 6x630cc/min injectors, 60-2 trigger wheel with VR sensor , zeitronix wideband.

X20XER cams Redrilled pulleys to adjust timing.
Homemade bike based ITBS and helmholtz airbox.

The list could go on for a very long time, not a lot is standard as most bits have been fettled especially the suspention.

upgraded my car's motor, from 2.0 8v to 1.8 16v G60, running on ms2 v3 management.

How does it run? How many horses? Stock, they were 205 or 210, but, not sure you created this one within stock spec.

stock 16vG60 has 210bhp , mine... well I really don't know yet, I'm still breaking in the engine, an then I'll tune it for power, I hope to see 0.6bar from this G60, motor has 9.2:1 compression ratio, stock G60 pulley but i'll go to a smaller one, maybe 72mm or 62mm.

MS2 v3.57, Ford EDIS-6 ignition, 55lb. low-Z's, factory Bosch idle valve using FIdle, 36-1 wheel, GM IAT, factory cylinder head temp for CLT, E36 TPS.

I have tuner studio and my wide band O2 up and running and well on to a good tune. The instal was ground up, and went very smoothly. I tuned the VR pots with a drill running the dizzy and everything was far easier that I feared it may be.

Here's what I have,
Lone Star Cobra replica
Ford Racing 427 based on Boss 351W block, Z heads
MS triggered with MDS dizzy, with centrifual advance only
MS will fudge the timing to add vacuum advance
MDS 6A box, wired with a connector and jumper so MS can directly fire the coil if MDS fails
60 lbs injectors
Edelbrok Super victor intake, rails and throttle body.
MS runs relay for the cooling fan also

Ford 351w (5.8 ) stroked to 393ci (6.4). 10.5:1 Compression. Comp camps XE282HR, Edelbrock Victor Jr heads 2.05/1.90, 42lb/hr (440cc) injectors.
Dual Widebands, Dual VE Tables, Closed loop EGO, closed loop IAC, Low & High speed fan control
Stock TFI Ignition

1988 Firebird Formula.

Engine is: 412" SBC, AFR 210 heads, singleplane 'hurricane' intake, 4bbl throttle body, NX276HR camshaft. Procharger P1SC, air/water intercooled.

ECM is Microsquirt module, with a racetronix D56 connector for 'plug and play' for an original 1227165 ECM replacement. MAF wires re-used for external MAP sensor. The module is inside a gutten OE delco ECM case, and I added an IAC stepper circuit to control a 4 wire GM/mopar IAC motor. Relay inside the case for OE fuel pump control (crash protection). The only thing I'm trying to work out is a circuit to log VSS..

I'm a software engineer, and MS is very appealing to me because of the native 'unix like' build environment, and the fact that I can make logical and functional changes in the firmware easily.
