Setting up MS2extra ini files in megatune

How do I set up the ini files in megatune to allow it to work with ms2 extra. Is this documented anywhere? I have copied the new ini files into megatune using the bat file and have "activated" it in mtconfg but I when I try to select the code variant I don't have a ms2extra option.

Set it as regular MS2 in the Megatune configurator, then it should work.
