OK. User error. It is now working on the Stim. I had J1 on the wrong pins.
I will try in the car this weekend and report back.

Finally have the car in my possession. Trying to help a remote install was a challenge. I just thought I would close the loop on this one.
Car is now running. I have not yet started to tune.
I have two V3.57 boards running now. One is using the universal trigger and one is using the old-style points trigger. On the car the main issue was a VR sensor that was wired backwards preventing the EDIS controller to provide an output signal. The second was a set of plug wires on the EDIS controller that were in the wrong spot (Coil B and C firing order was mixed up).
