got the car running good and all but I cant figure this one out.
code vers 3.2.1 on the base tune supplied by Matt Cramer for the Probe gt ZE they have in the shop.

I tried another map sensor mpx4250
D19 shows 5v on one side and 0v on the other
voltage at AD0-1 on the stim is 1.64v
with 18" of vacuum applied via a vacuum pump i get .445v

with car running I can only get ~14.5" of vacuum

tried the calibration menu and in order to get it to "0" vacuum it will also drop the kpa below my normal altitude of mid 90's

Where is the "psi" number coming from? What is the MAP sensor reading in kPa ?

MSQ and datalog.

96.6kpa at 2.4psi sitting on the stim, tried another map sensor but still.

What is your barometer reading? I'm guessing it is showing about 80kPa ?

correct baro is 80kpa. Also I checked 2 other boards and they read 94kpa with the stim.

So how is baro 80kPa when MAP is 94kPa ? They should both be reading atmospheric pressure on the bench.

Near sea level that's approaching 100kPa. Up a mountain that could be 80kPa or less.

there's a video of it. what voltages should I be reading at the Map sensor pins?

It depends on what altitude you are at.

well I reloaded the 3.2.1 code and it went back to normal thank god. As soon as I load the base tune .msq from DIY's Probe that's when it changes. So now I have Baro and kpa matching and vacuum now matches my vacuum pump. map reads 95.9kpa

so the it must have been the calibration for the map sensor that I couldn't figure out but I did try messing with it.

If you used the MSPNP Probe tune, please keep in mind that the MSPNP's baro sensor is a 1 bar unit! For anything other than an MSPNP, you'll need to fix the baro sensor calibration.
