setting up edis in tuner studio with ms2 v 3.57

I am currently running me2 v3.57 and am confused as to the settings in need to enter to not screw things up. If someone could help me out that would be great, I am running the 12 pin ed is modual if that makes a difference. And I know there are writups out there but I've come accross 3 conflicting ones so let's see what you guys have to say. Thanks.
