Warmup Enrichment Not Responding

I'm using a Microsquirt V3 and TunerStudio trying to tune a Yamaha Phazer engine for my senior project formula car. A couple days ago, I discovered that as I change the warmup enrichment curve, the warmup enrichment gauge isn't actually displaying the corresponding information. For example, at the coolant temperature I was at, the warmup enrichment curve was set to 130% req fuel, but the gauge was displaying 173%. The engine wouldn't start, so I moved the curve, but the gauge stayed the same, and nothing about the engine sounded different. Has anyone encountered a problem like this? And if so, what might be causing this issue and how can I solve it? Thanks
