The ini file is used by TS to talk to your MS.

The file you want to post is .msq format. You can find it in your project directory. You will need to do a restore point or rename the file to something other than "current tune" in order to post it.

Have you confirmed timing is OK with a timing light?

Whats your engine firing order? warm up enrichment settings look wrong should end at 100 when fully warmed up not 166%, your fuel ve table is also quite odd.

That firing order does not jive with the way you have wired the coils

From your first post -
"the car is wired as wasted spark config
1-6 spark a
3-5 spark c
4-2 spark b"

Looks like you need to swap #5 & #4

This is easier to grasp if you order the spark outputs
1-6 spark a
4-2 spark b
3-5 spark c

then it is easier to see that you have wired 1 4 3 6 2 5

OK, you need to fix this before you work on anything else whatsoever. Without a good timing signal, everything else will be wrong. To get started on that, please post a composite log of what is going on; this will let everyone take a close look at the crank / cam signals.

I've ran atleast 10 1jz/2jz engines both vvti and non-vvti so you can definitely count on me. Firing order should be:

A) cyl 1 and 6
B) cyl 2 and 5
C) cyl 3 and 4

Injectors should also be paired in this fashion.

And use this for the ignition capture settings for the non-vvti:

Make sure that the cam/crank sensors are wired correctly (check their polarity). And if the above doesn't work then try switching from front to rear cam sensor or vice-versa

Wire 3 injectors to inj1 and another 3 to inj2 it doesn't matter what goes on inj1 and what goes on inj2. Use the untimed injection option
