Firmware upgrade 2.1.0 to 3.4.2?

Hi guys,

Would there be any risk in upgrading firmware from 2.1.0 to 3.4.2?

The ms has been in the vehicle since 2011. The owner has just upgraded the engine (low comp pistols etc) and would like it remapped to suit.
Are the any issues we are likely to come across with such a large leap in firmware?
The unit was built by M-Tec in the UK.
