Hi dave, I did that, I actually made a sticker so it's on my pulley. I then used a dti to find tdc then adjusted my wire pointer to 0 deg.

Wheel on the left is a stock wheel with the outer pulley machined off, wheel on the right is the custom pulley.Image

Here's where I got the trigger from:

I just scaled it to replicate the same diameter as the stock trigger wheel.

Most all GM 60*v6 engines fire 123456.
