It is not. It is on the same circuit board that I used to build everything else.

where does the diode from that connect to? and were does the relay get its power from?

the diode is getting power from pin 54 now with the band facing pin 54.

It used to get power from pin 56 with the band facing pin 56. So I'm thinking thats where my problem was so I'm pulling 12v from a common pin. Being pin 54.

you want the diode connected to pin 26 battery constant. if you connect it to either 54 or 56 it can back feed and hold the relay open. use 56 to just power the transistor. and use 54 to power the ecu and the other circuits, but dump the flyback voltage from the transistor circuit and the vanos circuit to pin 26 (banded end)

I just tried it out and everything worked perfectly. I'm just waiting on my bip373s and hopefully will be doing a test fire soon
