Recently rectified an issue with my brother's car where there was no spark when the MS box went under about 18 deg c. Fixed that issue by switching over to dual Haltech/HuCO igniter modules.
So now the car starts and runs beautifully in our relatively mild Australian winter!
BUT
When driving during the warm up phase it will lose sync once or twice (with the big tell tale cough) for no apparent reason. Once up to temperature there are no sync losses and the car runs solid.
Any ideas???
Tried pre-heating the MS box with a hair dryer (that always solved the previous problem) but it didn't help...
