I use that same distributor. On the 4-pin plug, from left to right:
Ground / Bypass / Reference / Advance (I believe the module is labeled G B R E)

That third wire, R, should go to tach-in on the microsquirt.

If that's how you have it wired it doesn't work, get your module tested or try a different module.

Measure the resistance of the injector (unplugged) with an ohm meter.

In my experience, most GM tbi injectors are low impedance.

I'd try using HEI module R pin --> VR+

Try hooking it to OptIn+ (pin 30)

Your battery voltage is going very low while cranking -- 8-9v. Charge your battery.

If MS isn't getting at least 10 volts, not much we can do until you get that sorted out. No juice = no run. Maybe you need to wire the source power differently, I dunno. But if it drops to 8-9v when cranking, that needs to be addressed.

I looked at a couple of my own datalogs, and I see it dropping to 10.8-11 on a couple starts to give you an idea of what works.

If a v2 Microsquirt does not have P&H drivers, the low impedance injector issue needs to be addressed after the voltage issue.

Or will this not be an issue with a single injector on each channel?

I tried one with an MS2 years ago and wound up switching to TPI after much head banging.

There are reasons why the OEM's no longer use TBI.....
