I have a vw scirocco 8v and I'm looking into getting microsquirt for it. I wanted to know if I need a pull up resistor to run it in the car to work properly and if so where can I find it?

1k between signal and tps vref for vw hall sender. Available from your supplier.

I believe there is room to install the pull up resistor inside the case of the squirt.
I know I've seen a picture of it but could not find it in the manual.
