Have anyone the Deadtimes at 13.2V with correction fpr this Injectors ?
Thanks for any Help

Re: Searching 0280158040 980cc ev14 deadtimes
I came up with a following values for 0280158235-L11 (EV14):
Dead time @13,2 V: 1,101 ms
Dead time correction: 0,208 ms/V
The values were measured at 43 PSI with E85
I don't know if they apply to your injector very well but they could be close.
I've found very similar results in the web for EV14s in the 500cc - 1000cc range.

My Infos are 1.248 at 13Volt for this Injectors. I Test it and find 0.100 Correction Change nothing in lambda from 11-14V. Do. you have a good Guide to Found the Deadtime with measuring. I Never done this.

Sorry, I don't any specific guide for you to follow. I just watched this video to get the hang of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJgi8l-2XG4
I just had the injector hanging in free air with a fuel hose a connected it. The pulsing is done with Tuner Studio's Output Test Mode Inj/Spk.
You need a fairly accurate measuring cup for this test. I achieved different voltages by loading the battery a bit during the testing. For final test I had an external battery provide power to the fuel pump to keep the voltage up.
A quick way to test if the injector dead time is way off is to try changing the number of squirts per engine cycle (if it's possible in your setup).
If the AFR's stay the same between different number of squirts then you are OK.
I attached the spreadsheet I used for the calculations.

Great. Thanks for your help. I know the Test Output for this. But at what Output Intervall it will ne done? 200ms@600rpm ?

I had a 20ms interval when I ran test to speed up the procedure. I'm not sure whats the max frequency but you could definitely run lower time than that.lupo4mot wrote:Great. Thanks for your help. I know the Test Output for this. But at what Output Intervall it will ne done? 200ms@600rpm ?
