Ground switch input resistor question for launch/nitrous

Post by Boostedbrick »

Hi, im setting up my launch control and nitrous control input circuits and have a question regarding the resistor size for the 5v portion of the "ground input switch"

the d schematic bekow shows to use a 2.2k resistor but the newer ms2 hardware manual shows a 1k..

i already bought 2.2k will it still work fine? thank you for any input.

Got to ask - "BoostedBrick" - would that be a BMW K series bike, or ......?
1983 BMW R100RT Motorbike
Turbocharged - Water/Meth
Sequential Ignition & Fuel
"Perky Sleeper" that excites bike enthusiasts once discovered (or being passed)
Newest project - 1995 BMW K75 is V3 Microsquirt, "Turbocharger - Of Course"
