Hey guys.

I'm trying to convert a 1uz from dual distributor to wasted COP, with a microsquirt.

I know I'm supposed to use A and W led to ground vref through a resistor but I'm not sure if I need to reflash or if it just knows to use those outputs when I select Wasted COP for a v8.

I know LS1 guys do this often, I'm still a little hazy on the details.

Wasted cop will use 8 outputs to fire 8 coils in waste pairs, which isn't available on Micro.

You can wire them in pairs using the four channels (ign1/2, and aled and wled w pullup). Once set to waste spark and 8cyl it knows to use four outputs.
