MS II constant Ground/Power to pin36
MS II daughter board pin 17 has a constant 4.8v to it and 0.54v to pin 36 on db37
it will not fire the coil.
Will not pulse during spark test injectors work fine
if slaved in to running car get tach/rpm map tps and all other reading in Mstune

How exactly is the board modified for spark output?

Make sure the metal tab on the BIP373 isn't shorted to the heat sink. Note that heat sink compound is slightly conductive, so if it gets around the mica insulator, it can cause a short.

I will pull it up n check it out..Matt Cramer wrote:Make sure the metal tab on the BIP373 isn't shorted to the heat sink. Note that heat sink compound is slightly conductive, so if it gets around the mica insulator, it can cause a short.

Also verify the IGBT jumper has been removed since you are triggering via a D14 mod.
Correctly identify your MS ecu here

That was it the insulator had a tear in it....Matt Cramer wrote:Make sure the metal tab on the BIP373 isn't shorted to the heat sink. Note that heat sink compound is slightly conductive, so if it gets around the mica insulator, it can cause a short.
seems like I fix one problem and another pops up....
the default calibration no longer work ie Map Bat voltage and temp sensors is The HC9S12C64 Processor going bad???
