Can the microsquirt v3 handle 2 coils per output? When using ALED and WLED, what resistor is needed if i can use 2 coils?
What signal input impedance needs to be on the input signal circuit on the coil if it can take two coils? (I know it will be smart coils only)

Yes it can.
Start with the resistor used in the manual for logic outputs. It should work, but if it doesn't you can try going lower with the resistor.
