iat and clt not working on stim (FIXED)

hi guys!
just finished building my v3 running msns 029y4

tested the v3 on my 2.2 stim, all imputs works except for the iat and clt.
both are stuck at 170deg no matter if i play the pots on stim...

any idea what could be wrong here, or what to check?

Did you install the "bias" resistors on the mainboard?

heuuu...i'm not sure...
what component number is it?... i simply folowed the normal v3 assembly instruction plus the msns mods for ignition.
