jim stim 2.0 everything reeds in tuner studio but only the power led lights up. I tested all the led's and cpu and they passed.
I jumpered the tach for hei and all the dip switches are set for dizzy. The fp led will not flash at power up.

If all the LEDs passed the test, the issue is either on the MS or on the connector. When you say everything reads in TS, do you mean that you can get varying sensor values when you turn the pots on the JimStim?
The first thing would be to reload the firmware and then check that Q2 and Q19 (if you're using a V3 board) are correctly soldered without a bridge and that you get the correct signal on pin2 of Q2 when you turn on the power. You should see 5V for 2 seconds.
As for the other LEDs, you don't mention if you have an RPM reading in TS. If not, then the other LEDs won't light up.
