JimStim first attempt at electronic work

Post by LDR »

HI all, I have soldered my first project the latest version of the jimstim. It is completed and everything seems to work as suggested. The only problem I have and may not be a problem is I dont have 5V on any of the 5V pins. Will I have voltage on them without a megasquirt hooked to it? If they are supose to have voltage please point in the direction to correct this issue. Thank you

That is what should be expected. The 5V is supplied by the MS so if your JimStim is not connected to it, there won't be any voltage there.

Thanks, I will start MS3 build this week. I will probably have many questions before I get it completed.
