Secondary Trigger connection question

Hi,
I read from the JimStim info page (http://jbperf.com/JimStim/JimStim_v2_0_ ... .html#mode) that firmware v2.0.4 is needed to support 36-1 wheel mode + a 50/50 2nd trigger. And that I need to connect the 2nd trigger pin to the appropriate pin on the header.
The background of my set up first: My MS3/MS3X set sup to support sequential ignition & injector triggered via 36-1 wheel & a Hall CAM sensor that goes to CAM_In pin on the MS3X (pin 32). My JimStim v1.5 board has v.2.0.3 firmware.
When I powered up the JimStim connected to the MS3, everything works except that engine is never in running mode (no RPM reading) when I adjust the 2 RPM pots.
I'd like to know what do I need to do to simulate both trigger signals so I can bench test my set up.
