I am running the msnse on my 2rz toyota tacoma, and have had great success so far, and, in the true spirit of megasquirt, have learned much along the way.
Yesterday i dynoed my ms (and turbo) powered truck and laid down 356hp and 396tq.

Hey, good job on some great results from the dyno! Are you using the wheel decoder for the crankshaft trigger wheel?
Also what kind of tacoma? 2wd or 4x4?
Here is a link to my yota truck...

What are the details of your ignition system?
If non-OEM, have any problems getting the factory tach to work?
What turbo?
Still running stock compression/pistons?
Currently running: (SnSE 029v MT 2.25 )

toydoctor, your truck is awesome!!!
Anyway, its is a completely stock block 2rz (stock tacoma engine) 2wd. I use the stock crank wheel and VR sensor to get the timing, and I fire the stock distributor with a single VB921 IC driver.
The turbo is a garrett t3/t4, with a .63 backhousing and stage 3 wheel. The compressor is a .60 housing with a 57 trim wheel.

That power is massive out of that little motor.. I assume it's not on pump gas?
What are the pump gas numbers? How much boost on pump gas? Is the 2RZ reliable at that kind of power level?
I may have found my next toyota project.. the 2rz will swap into a 22re slot and use the same driveline (minor mods necessary, of course)
