Toyota AE86 Levin - 4AGE Turbo - v3 MS3X Extra COP

4agze smallport turbo (T4b ish). 4agze Dual VR CAS. Offset 20.
MS3X on V3 board.
Tables geared for ITB turbo setup. AN tables with SD modifying table (multiply map off).
Alpha N VE table 3 with SD VE table 1 (boost overlay map).
Alpha N Ign table 3 with SD table 1 (add 10 degrees below 100kpa, progressively remove to max -10 above 200kpa)
AFR blended tables based on map between 105 to 135kpa, basically an off boost afr table and an on boost afr table. load AN for both.

Fan control - FIDLE.
MapDaddy with constant Baro - JS4

OLD MS2extra v2.2 board setup - No Longer used

RX7 550cc injectors (note these are too big and inconsistent at low pulse widths for 2 squirt simul semi sequential. Ok untimed injection or probably full sequential).
v2.2 MS board with MS2 Chip running Extra code.
DIYAutoTune VEAL board. Ground Pin14 on cam LM. Using cam to JS10 (JP1 P5) and crank to U4 P6 (R11). Rising Edge's.
(OLD: JBPerf v1.1 Dual VR board. Dual LM1815's, Had to ground Pin14 on both LM's. Random lost sync ~1000rpm idling sometimes)
1nzfe COP's in wasted spark (A-1+4cyl, B-2+3cyl). 330 ohm resistors under board between right side R23 to D17 -ve, R27 to D19 -ve. Spark outs taken from D17 -ve and D19 -ve.
Fan control - FIDLE.
Constant Baro - JS4 (X6)

Boost Control - JS0/IAC1 (X2) - X11/DB37 P25 - VEAL IDLE IN/OUT or IRLZ circuit.
Tacho Out - JS5 (X7) - X12/DB37 P27 - VEAL IN2/OUT2 - IN1 no go. Grounds relay with 12V feed.
No plan yet for JS2 (X4).
Pin 16 of U1 (JP1/P6?) jumpered to 12V to enable stepper motor outputs for JS0/JS2.

OLD SETUP - FUEL ONLY - NO LONGER USED

Needed to get the car up and running for shakken (wof/reg), and then later fuel for the turbo and waste spark to come.

Engine: AE101 4agze, running Cashiew port adaptor with bluetop manifold, 550cc rx7 injectors, standard rwd exhaust manifold.
ECU: MS v2.2 board, MS1 ecu with MSExtraHR10g controlling fuel only, extra MAP for constant baro.
Ignition: AE86 ecu.

Not a very complicated setup, AE86 engine loom is cut down to just map sensor, and the dizzy/ignitor. Put in diagnostic mode, and the Tacho output from the ignitor feeds into the MS and the cars body harness.
This has proved a reliable setup in the past, albeit without ignition control on the MS.

Here we go again, updated to latest ecu. Couple teething issues with VR but otherwise good to go. Will upload map once get some tune time done.
