New update!
Same MS3/MS3X, same RB25, different car. Car is a '72 Datsun 240z with the same RB25DE ITB engine as I had in Okinawa, Japan. Engine has been freshened up with new bearings and rings. Engine is sitting on stock R32 Skyline mounts and is running the smaller 71C transmission from an R33 Skyline. Stock Datsun transmission mount and drive shaft.
Quick run down of the engine setup:
RB25DE block / RB26DETT head and ITBs
Stock Mitsubishi RB CAS
External MAP sensor
RB26 air temp sensor (same as coolant temp)
internal mods include:
both Crank and Cam pullups 330ohm to 5v (been running for 4 years on my other optical CAS)
ECU relay mod ( transistor from 5v to ground the stock ECU relay used on most Nissans)
ITB mode (tuned 4 years ago, see above post)
