BMW S54
I'm very heppy for the results with s54 engine.
I attach photo. It compare ms3 run and other race ecu(no name for respect)
RED line is ms3
GREEN line is other ecu

Interesting and thanks for the respect for the "other guys" too. Why do the red graphs fall shorter at higher RPMs?

in the dyno the rpm calibration is done at 3000 rpm. At 8000 rpm the diameter of whell change. Depending from tires, pressur... etc 200rpm is normal difference....
In ms I have 8200 hard limits histeresy 100. Log respect the limits.
The big difference of torque is for vvt. if not well driven, the bmw engine loss many hp

I think I can increase some more hp. I don't have test all possibility degress in the vvt exhaust.

did you retain vanos? I'd love to know more about your wiring setup for ignition etc as well as parameters. very cool!

Seems like all the Tuner packages for newer BMW don't allow cam tuning.
That is crazy. On all cars I've tuned with variable cams, there are big gains to be made with optimum cam timing.
