1973 Plymouth 'Cuda "Deathfish"

Post by janimm »

Hi,

Let me introduce my project, 1973 Plymouth 'Cuda "Deathfish"

Engine:
360cid V8 + Tremec TKO600 + 8 3/4 3:91
MegaSquirt II, 3.57 PCB, MSExtra 3.4.0
8x 55lb/hr, 2.0 Ohm
Ford EDIS8
Innovate LC-1 + Bosch LSU 4.2 sensor
Holset HX52 Pro turbo

We had a dyno session:
585hp@4516rpm, 1006Nm@3980rpm

1bar boost, running on E85. Ran out of injectors. In best pull, we had 110% duty cycle.

This is absolutely my favorite project of all time. This forum has been best source of information whenever we have had problems with MS or tune. Thanks to everybody who has contributed.

Did the standing mile last summer:

Did 162mph (260kph) at the mile, 166mph (267kph) top speed at GPS log. What a ride!

Love the log style manifolds. Nice to see something simple that works . Do you have a build thread?

No, sorry. I haven't got any spare time to update 'Cuda's webpage. Only thing I try to keep recent is spec list, just that I remember myself of what I currently have in car.
