I own opel corsa 1997 swapped by 20xe
The car is used daily/street
MS2EXTRA DIY mainboard V3.0
4-channel DIY PeakHold driver is based on Jean Bélanger`s scheme
Fully Sequential code 3.4.0 > 3.4.2 beta > 3.4.1
Wasted Spark Ecotec coilpack+Bosch amp 211
Volvo 0280155831 315cc injectors
GM external 1 bar MAP sensor
Innovate LC-1 with add display
stock 60-2 wheel 120 degree setting ( 114 degree - strobe lamp dont hint in TDC mark - BTDC 6degree)
schrick 268/10.4 cams
steel connection rods
stock double throtle body + resistive TPS
IAC stepper
Setup is not completed, there are many work yet

I mean that my MS2 was bought as DIY kit with B&Grippo boards
peakhold driver was built on universal model board

I have changed treeger wheel 120 deg setting to 114 deg and idle became smoother but AFR jumps 13-14/ stabilized if afr will changed to 11.5-12
there are the latest msq add your comments and tips

I have did some mods with MS settings last weekend/ but did not get good results
I started sort out potential faults.
At first
my cam vernier pulleys create a lot of noise sound/ teeth were wornt out because it isnot properly made/ i d changed oem parts/ i used it on stock marks with Schrick 268 deg cams (10.4 mm) not agressive for stock head internals. I tried to install without big overlap, i thought that it may be cause of twitching and drifting RMPs on idle
I changed original double throttle body (oO) to same but with earlier opened small blade for cruising.
After that i get more problems with idle stabilization. MAP reading became higher 45 Kpa ( 35Kpa before mods). I decided that it is air leak between intake manifold and throtlle body AND/OR air leaks through the gaps between the housing and blades which not properly adjusted. I modded old TB and put with thin layer sealant No success - I was wrong.
Then i d changed cams adjusting to one teeth of both cams to reduce overlap. it was cause of high MAPs on idle. No TB and air leak detected
I tried to delete vacuum pipe from fuel pressure regulator 3 bar and pressure became 3 bar constant without vacuum regulations. i think it is main cause driftings RPMs on idle/bacause this volvo bosch dual spray injectors was adapted by factory for 3.8 bar/ not for 2.4bar
Pulse width of injectors bacame from ~ 2ms to ~1.6ms on idle. Now i have got smooth idle on AFR ~17 as experimental
VE table cells were tuned for more fuel
