After initially starting on MS1E I decided to upgrade to MS2E and after some re-learning it was ready to crank over. It started and runs, little bit (lots) of tweaking thanks to TE WBO2. Everything is as expected and the car is progressing towards its UK IVA test.
Stock low miles 2.0 Silvertop. 4 ITBs from a 1 1/3 Triumph Daytonas on a sandwich plate, Mondeo 2.0 Injectors on a Mondeo 1.8 Mk 2 fuel rail 3.8 Bar = 230 cc/min. ST220 pump in tank. Wasted spark coil on VR trigger. Fan control on ECU. Idle control via Ford 2-wire PWM valve.

Never thought there would be interest in a Zetec but happy to oblige This is the different bit, the rest is stock stuff. Big re-use of old Ford wiring and parts, Suzuki Swift alternator.

Here's a better pic.....got the ICS finally sorted (WARNING + sign is NOT MARKED on the 3 FORD solenoids I have (well, had, as 2 are now dead ). The internal diode does not show up from metering. Test with a light bulb in circuit. Wrong way gives bulb at full brilliance, right way opens the solenoid and barely lights the bulb).
MS2E is amazing in its functionality, Tunerstudio does the business too
