A little trouble/was no trouble at all fixed

Questions specific to Megatunix - alternate tuning software that runs on unix and windows.
Note that Megatunix is obsolete.

I unistalled Megatunix 0.9.4 using the uninstall in the Megatunix file went to the site downloaded the latest installed it and now its being cranky.
I am running Windblows XP service pack 2 MS V3 O29t.
I went back and tried to reinstall 0.9.4 and it wont work now either.

Could this be due to picking up the wrong com port what I mean is an active com port that is not the MS like my wireless connection?
I always forget what com port the one MS I have picks up.
The one thing I noticed and more I thought about it was weird is everytime I went into megatunix even with the MS disconnected it was picking up the com port?

Anyway I will do some more testing tonight thanks.

One moree thing a suggestion maybe you should put a sticky about font size to save yourself the headache of answering the question all the time :P I almost asked myself till I saw your answer in a previous post.
Thanks for a great program!

Well I found out it was on my wireless port it kept defaulting back to that port until I hit enter then it kept the port that the MS is on.
Well if anything maybe this thread will help keep someone else from looking like jack#ss.
And everything so far looks like it is working flawlessly I was still having a problem with it reading the wideband properly LC-1 in 0.9.4 but now it is right on thanks again for your efforts I hope Megatunix becomes the prefered it is awsome .

Thanks 71jeep :P
