Megatunix support for MS2/Extra

Hi all,

I am running MS2/Extra 2.0RC2b which doesn't pass the interogation without modifying the check parameters .

After that it loads the VE and AFR tables correctly but there is no real time info, the log shows missing run time variables.

Before I dig into this, am I jumping the gun on trying to use MegaTunix with MSII-Extra?

Yeah, still can't use MS2 with MTx.. Someday...
