1995 4G63 cam ~ crank sensors

Has anyone tried the tooth trigger feature with your
4G63 cas.

I tried the tooth logger and it was over 4000 looked
to be good. Then i tried the trigger logger and nothing
shows at all. I would assume that it would show a trigger
of some sorts.
I did some searching to find out the cam sensor on the
1995 4G63 is inverted. Also the spark plugs need to be
reversed. 1 to 4 and 2 to 3. I Set ignition to inverted
and swapped plug wires.
Tried reversing the settings as above i still have issues.
I am missing somthing. I can not figure it out. The symptom
seems to be a trigger issue. It is as if the trigger does
not spark more than the initial turn of the key. Then the
trigger is dead. Nothing happens after a few seconds.
When the car is cranking you would think the RPM's
would vary ever so slightly while the car was cranking.
Well they never do and it acts like the trigger is locked
at a specific RPM. I do not know how i am going to resolve
this with out a better understanding of the stock ignition
process or some way to see if it is just because of a weak
signal.

I unplugged the megasquirt and hooked up the cars stock
ECU and it started perfectly.

sounds right. check your inputs, grounds, and compare against the schematics in the megasquirtnspark manuals.
