When I first turn on TS the clock face is white like the others but after it counts to 247 sec. it turns red.
Is that OK?? Thanks.

That would have no meaning. It simply means when someone was defining the ini they set a high critical warning at 247, shortly before it rolls over.
It will and should roll over though, so not to worry.
